I attended one of Helen's sound baths and it was an incredible experience. I had attended one before on a yoga retreat years ago so was interested to try it again. It was such a calming, inviting space and I found the sound bath so powerful - my body was still vibrating 2 days later and my blood pressure had come down significantly. Helen also served cacao which was warming, delicious and a wonderful addition. I would highly recommend this experience.

Such a sense of community at Helen's studio, with real personal connection. Classes challenge and restore and make 7am on Fridays a highlight of my week!

I've been going to Ene's fitness classes for around a year now and I can't say enough about the difference they have made both to my health and fitness but also my wellbeing. Ene is an amazing personal trainer and teacher - she is always full of enthusiasm, energy and inspiration but the most important thing is the diversity of her classes and exercise techniques. It is clear that a lot of preparation and thought has gone into each class - tailoring it for her clients perfectly and no two sessions are the same. Even at the end of a short(ish) 45 min class I always feel like I've had a great workout to start the day. I can completely recommend any of Ene's diverse classes (e.g., Fitness Pilates, TRX pilates, Strength/conditioning and Lift) which are both great fun and a full-on workout.

I absolutely loved the TRX Pilates class. It was challenging but really supportive, with a great balance of strength, control, and Pilates technique.

The TRX straps added an extra level of difficulty for me, as it combined using bodyweight resistance and instability, which I am not used to. This really challenged my core and made some familiar Pilates movements feel different. I particularly liked how the exercises focused on controlled movement and balance, rather than simply rushing through repetitions. Ene was encouraging and enthusiastic and gave clear technical guidance throughout, making the class feel easily accessible for a beginner like myself, while still pushing me to work hard.I felt challenged, but not overwhelmed. A fantastic combination of Pilates principles and TRX strength training — I could really feel my core and stabilising muscles working. I’d definitely recommend it and will be coming again.

I really love having Helen's studio round the corner from where I live. I find it a valuable space for grounding, moving consciously and mindfully and feeling more human and energised in our fast-paced, modern world. Well equipped, light and bright, the studio offers a peaceful environment for self-nurture, head-space and exploration - whether it's a yoga class or a sound bath, or a fusion of the two. Helen is so down to earth and supportive - her nature is very encouraging and she is extremely knowledgeable whilst still being kind and compassionate. Helen has a clever way of weaving a story, an idea or theme into her classes and getting you to work (sometimes quite hard!) but at the same time making you feel relaxed with her lovely narrative. This studio really is a hidden gem, and if you haven't yet discovered it, you're in for a treat!

I started my yoga journey almost 1 year ago and Helen has completely transformed my understanding of yoga to 180 degrees. I am so thankful that lessons are without pressure and the competition “who does the best pose” - and it is all about listening to my body and myself. Helen is very experienced, professional and open to every question and tries to make the class as personal as possible. On one hand, some lessons challenge my strength and patience. On the other hand, classes like “Sound Bath” make me fully relaxed and give me unique experience each time. Absolutely love that the lessons are so diverse and everyone can find a class to its own taste!

I found you to be a great teacher, perfect pace, friendly, enjoyable postures.

Friendly teacher, clear instructions, attitude that yoga is for everyone.

Good mix of strength, balance and relaxation in each class, the classes are never repetitive, Sarah is clear and easy to follow.

I did Helen’s 6-week beginner course and absolutely loved it! She is an amazing teacher, and her studio is wonderful - would recommend for anyone starting out or wanting a refresher.

The music set the tone for a mindful practice; the yoga instruction allowed us to challenge ourselves or to slow down as needed, and it was useful to have adjustments made to our postures in person. Had a great time!

We recently shared a group Soundbath (mixed) with Helen - held in her beautiful studio, softly lit and really cosy ... She holds the space so well, felt very relaxed and grounded afterwards. I'll be back!
